Right! we do price match competitors for like for like items, pending certain conditions, our detailed price match policy can be found here.

I've found a better price elsewhere, where and how do I price match?

Found a better price else where? contact us here and send us the details, and if you have already placed the order and we can match, we'll credit your order, otherwise, we can create a custom order for you to pay.

What are your returns policy?

What are your local shipping rates?

Our local shipping rates apply for metropolitan areas and start from $9.95 and increases with weight, though these rates may change from time to time. You can view your final shipping cost just at check out, before payment. Shipping outside of metro area's and bulky items such as LED Channels, may incur an additional surcharge not displayed on checkout, and may be charged after.

How long does it take to ship locally?

Usually, orders will take around 2-3 business days, depending on when the order was received and if there are no issues with the courier, back orders, supplier stock outs, and unforeseen circumstances. Additional delays may apply during public holidays and Christmas periods.

What are your conditions for free shipping?

Free shipping applies to local domestic addresses which our couriers service, anything outside of this such as country regional, or bulky items such as LED Channels, may require an additional surcharge to dispatch your goods.

Do you ship internationally? if so, how much does it cost?

Yes, we can ship internationally, in general, parcels up to 2kg we charge a flat rate of $55 AUD, 2-5 kg $85 and for anything above that we charge $105 AUD to a maximum limit of 7.5kg. For special regions, oversize or custom orders, an additional surcharge may apply on top of the standard charge. Contact us for more details.
